Hyperinflation is on the horizon. Consider when what you were once able to purchase for $3.00 now costs $300.00. That’s pretty outrageous. Now consider that hyperinflation rates at their worst in the Wiemar Republic would cause what was once a small purchase, a glass of beer, to cost 4 billion marks. The conversion rate for Marks to dollars was 8000 to 1 at that time. Crack out a calculator and run the math on that one!
The dollar will grow to be worth less and less. Goods and SERVICES such as ambulances, garbage collection, police and fire – feel free to brainstorm till your brain hurts – will cost more and more till they no longer are provided.
